The Department of Criminal Procedure Law and Criminology held binary classes in Esil district court №2

On 21-22 April, 2016 in Esil district court №2 of Astana in the framework of the discipline "Criminal Procedural Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" binary classes on the following topics were held for 3rd year students of the Higher School of Law by Sokurova E.ZH., Ph.D., an assistant professor of criminal procedure and criminology department of KAZGUU, together with judges Eshmagambetova A.N., Kanat Tobagaliuly and an investigation judge Duysembiev

1. Jurisdiction of criminal cases;

2. Proceedings of first instance in the court;

3. Consideration of criminal cases in the conciliation proceedings.

Students also attended Duysembiev’s authorization procedure of remand in custody, where they were able to consolidate the theoretical material in practice, previously obtained in the course of studying this discipline.
