The Embassy of Canada to Kazakhstan announces about student practice

KAZGUU University Department of International Cooperation and Senior Trade Adviser and Vice-Consul of the Embassy of Canada to Kazakhstan Adam Barboletom discussed skills and responsibilities required for taking practice at the Embassy. Vice Consul said that students should have a good knowledge of English language, communication skills and analytical thinking.

Practice at the Embassy of Canada to Kazakhstan is a unique opportunity to improve English language skills, to get acquainted with the work of the Embassy from the inside, to take part in drafting of letters to ministries and departments of the Republic of Kazakhstan on protection of rights and interests of Canadian citizens in Kazakhstan, to assist in citizenship issues, to learn the rules of diplomatic correspondence, to participate in all events organized by the Embassy of Canada, to consolidate theory acquired in the discipline “Diplomatic and Consular Law”, and apply this knowledge in future thesis.
