As part of the Constitutional Proceedings course, on 27 April, KAZGUU University students visited the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.  The trip was organised at the invitation of Prof. V. A. Malinovskiy, DJS, member of the Constitutional Council.

The students met with the members of the Constitutional Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Head of Administration of the Constitutional Council, and heads of departments of the Administration.  They told the students about the work of the Constitutional Council, its history, and its former and current members.  The students learned about the work of the different departments of the Constitutional Council, including the Analytic Department, Department of Legal Expertise, and the Department of Human Resources and Documentation Support.  In addition, they had an opportunity to ask questions. We would like to thank the Constitutional Council for this meeting and hope for future collaboration.
