The President has pointed the task to form break-even patience to corruption in society in Strategy “On anticorruption strategy in the Republic of for 2015-2025 years” from 26 of December 2014.
The M. Narikbayev KAZGUU University is actively pursuing the policy of “zero patience” to corruption and has positive image of the university, which graduates contributes to the case of state-juridical construction , work of organs of judicial system, development of Bar and notary, as well as legal sciences and education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
High school actively fulfils the anticorruption training, rules of organizing the anticorruption session is functioning, the anticorruptive students annually fulfils.

M. Narikbayev KAZGUU University is existing in the market of educational services more than 20 years. During this period the University has recommended itself as educational institute which is always aiming at increase of quality of education by way of transformations and development of educational programs.

The University is working for integration of educational programs into the international educational space.

One of the main strategic goals of the University is to transfer to German legal system of education as one of the leading systems in the world until 2020.

In order to achieve the abovementioned goal the University in 2014 has concluded a treaty about the cooperation in sphere of education and science with University Viadrina in Frankfurt Oder.

Within the treaty the educational programs as “Jurisprudence”, “International law”, “Law enforcement” transforms to realization of German educational standards step by step.

The distinct feature of the preparation of bachelor students in Law school is a direct orientation of educational process to needs of employers. Law school isexercising the contiguous interaction with employers organizations.

In order to create the unified dialogue platform of employers and university for elaboration of concrete offers in area of educational program content, further employment of graduates, realization of joint researches in context of preparation of high qualified specialists in legal sphere the Coordination Council of employers for group of “Law” majors of the University was created.

The Council is consisted of Chairman, Vice-Chairman and members of the Council, as well as Office of internship, career and employment (the working body of the Council).

Dossymbekova Roza Shekerbayevna, d.p.s., senior advisor of justice, prorektor of the Academy of law enforcement organs by General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ex-director of the Human Resources Department of the was elected as the Chairman of the Coordination Council of Employers General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Pen Sergey Gennadievich, the head of the Department of criminal-procedural law and criminalistics of KAZGUU Law School was elected as Vice-Chairman of the Council.

The Coordination Council of Employers is taking part in correcting the educational programs of the Hiighschool. (See scheme “The preparation process of education programs”).

Within the Coordination Council of Employers of the M. Narikbayev KAZGUU University together with state organs different projects are realized: with General Prosecutor’s Office of the RK the so called “language constructor” on clerical work in law enforcement organs in Kazakh language is creating, which will allow people with no knowledge of Kazakh independently use Kazakh in the office.

The office of internship, career and employment annually maintains works on concluding the agreements about the internships of graduates. The distinct feature of this process is that during the conclusion of agreements with internship databases each student is elected according to the title of his Graduation (Final) thesis.

The Law school, Department of criminal-procedural law and criminalistics together with Department of Home Affairs of Astana created a new group named “Detective” with scientific-practical thematic.

The theoretical lessons of the group are organized in the University with invitation of current members of DHA of Astana. The aim of the group is enlargement of professional competence of practicing lawyer, research and delivering the experience of existing officials of law enforcement organs with possible further employment.

The agreement with the Human resources of the Department of Home Affairs of Astana about the prioritized right of graduates to be employed in territorial divisions of the Department of home affairs of Astana.

On the basis of the Specialized district court of criminal cases of Astana the branch of Department of criminal-procedural law and criminalistics was created, which is acting on the ground of Rules of subsidiary where students take part in court sessions, discuss problems of criminal justice and have opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in law enforcement activity.

Within the work of the subsidiary together with Specialied district court on criminal cases of Astana the Department of criminal-procedural law and criminalistics is fulfilling the different projects: the project “Jury: Educational movie” etc.

Other than the cooperations in academic sphere the program lecturers provide expert paid services to state bodies (General Prosecutor’s Office of the RK, SRI Center of judicial expertizes of Ministry of Justice of the RK) on the basis of a certain agreement as well as Board of lawyers of Astana.
