Expansion of activities
KAZGUU Law Clinic is expanding its activities. On September 10, 2018, with the organization and participation of Themis of KAZGUU Law School, a lawyer of the clinic – Aruzhan Mambetaliyeva, a meeting was held with the director and wards of the ‘Adal Niet’ social center, which provides medical care and rehabilitation of persons with neuropsychiatric diseases over 18 years old.
The bulk of the wards of the foundation are persons who have been declared incapacitated. These are people who, in the most difficult period of their lives, turned out to be of no use to anyone, but whose property everyone, including the closest people is trying to claim.
Our team consulted and took on 2 cases for legal support. In both cases, we are talking about the misappropriation of real estate, the recognition of a number of transactions as invalid, the restoration of the terms for accepting the inheritance, etc.
Our guys, under the leadership of Aruzhan, are starting from tomorrow to provide legal assistance to them.
For the guys, this is a huge and invaluable experience that leads to the most noble goals.
The case when Themis truly corresponds to her status and participates in the restoration of justice and protection of rights!
