Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
∙Greet persons entering organization
∙Direct persons to correct destination
∙General administrative and clerical support
∙Schedule reservations of conference halls
∙Tidy and maintain the reception area
∙Organize drivers’ work
Education and Experience:
∙University degree
∙Experience in administrative area would be a plus
∙Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications (Excel)
∙Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
∙Keyboard skills
∙Fluent English
