Between 11-15 April 2016, students of the Higher School of Law of JSC KAZGUU University took part in the XXIII International scientific conference of students, graduate students and young scientists “Lomonosov-2016” held at the Law Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University. In this conference Takeeva Ainagul (4th year), Asambekov Kuat (4th year), Krashinina Alexander (2nd year) and Sagat Aldiyarhan (2nd year) participated and successfully performed. The report of Asambekov Kuat in the section “Corporate Law”, on the topic “Expulsion of a member from LLC: The Case of legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation” was awarded a diploma in the nomination “For the best report.”

The delegation of students of the Higher School of Law of JSC KAZGUU University thanks organizing committee for the warm hospitality and excellent organization of the event. Participation in this conference and dialogue with colleagues left a lot of positive emotions.
